Role Overview
Ribbons and Reeves Limited seeks a qualified Psychoeducation Support Specialist to join our team in Harrow. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work with students aged 11-18 who require additional support.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £23,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Psychology or a related field and have a genuine interest in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will also be compassionate, proactive, and resilient with excellent communication skills.

About the Role
As a Psychoeducation Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include working one-on-one and in small groups with students who require tailored support. You will collaborate with SENDCos and teachers to ensure inclusive learning environments and provide guidance on strategies for supporting students with various needs.
