Senior Manager for Learning Disability Services

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care and Support Manager to lead our outreach service in South Camden, providing support to adults with mild-moderate learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide person-centred care and support to service users, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
- Develop and implement care plans to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to people with learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement innovative new activity groups focusing on social interaction, learning, and wellbeing for service users with learning disabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in managing outreach services for adults with learning disabilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
