About the Team Manager for Learning Disabilities role:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Learning Disabilities to join our team at Baltimore Consulting Limited.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing assessments for Social Workers and Senior Social Workers, as well as providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of 6 direct reports.


With a strong background in Learning Disabilities and a proven track record of leadership, you will be able to come in and hit the ground running, providing duty management across CLDS and working effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.


Key responsibilities:



  • Oversee assessments for Social Workers and Senior Social Workers
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of 6 direct reports
  • Deputise for Service Manager when needed
  • Provide duty management across CLDS
  • Work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements:


To be considered for this role, you will need to have:



  • 3 years' experience in Learning Disabilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to come in and hit the ground running
