Service Manager for Learning Disability and Autism

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our Learning Disability and Autism Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing service with a strong focus on operational delivery, best practice, and values-based approach.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing social care teams, with a strong understanding of legislation and policies. You will be a values-led leader with excellent relationship-building skills and experience of implementing large-scale change with lasting, positive impact on outcomes.
