Key Responsibilities
  1. Visit wards regularly to gather feedback from patients and carers.
  2. Use approved questionnaires to record patient feedback accurately.
  3. Report feedback on required software/spreadsheets in a timely manner.
  4. Escalate any immediate concerns to the person in charge of the ward.

Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Good standard of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling, at GCSE grade C or above.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive benefits such as annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
