Civil Engineering Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Civils team in Northern Ireland as an Administration Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and strong organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the site teams, including updating drawing registers, site packs, utilities drawings, word processing, photocopying, document upload, etc.
  • Recording and updating data on internal systems in a timely and precise manner.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as document upload, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Preparing and maintaining site documentation, including reports, permits, and licenses.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and managing site-related expenses.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries and issues.
  • Communicating effectively with office and site staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure site activities align with overall company goals.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
