**Senior Office Administrator**
Our client a leading company who are locally known as an employer of choice are recruiting a **Senior Office Administrator** to help manage their administration team
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative assistance to all departments such as HR, Logistics, Health, and Safety etc.
- To observe and comply with all Human Resources, Financial, and Health & Safety policies and procedures as outlined within the company handbook
- To report and record any accidents, Dangerous Occurrence or near miss to a member of management in line with Company Procedures
- Filing of documentation for all departments when requested
- Perform admin-based roles including updating of records and spreadsheets
- Answer and resolve customer and supplier queries via telephone and face to face
- Develop and maintain good teamwork among staff and ensure personal time keeping and attendance
- Take part in training events that will enhance the skills required to undertake the duties of this role
**Essential Criteria for the role**:
- Relevant admin experience - 2 years plus in a senior role
- 3rd level education (Desirable)
- Fully competent in all Microsoft packages
- Good organisational skills
- Highly attractive salary

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
