Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Team Member to join our team at Novotel Edinburgh Centre. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for extending a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out process, handling all charges accurately and posting them in a timely manner.
  • Handle all calls professionally and document internal and guest messages accurately.
  • Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with FOLS or OPERA.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Customer Service skills.
