Job OpportunityWe are seeking an Oversight Framework Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is at the centre of Lloyd's, where you will liaise with oversight teams across the business and gain an understanding of their oversight of the market.
Key Responsibilities- Support and provide guidance on the development and embeddedness of the oversight framework.
- Challenging the continued appropriateness of the tools, metrics, and principles used.
- Supporting in committee and regulator reporting.
- Providing guidance on Lloyd's new oversight tools (Dynamics/PowerBI).
- Involved in key reporting and analysis to senior committees.
- Ensuring changes to the oversight framework follow the appropriate governance.
- Supporting the preparation and publication of the annual Market Oversight Plan and Letters.
- Good knowledge of Lloyd's market practices, operations, and financial structure.
- Understanding of the process of effective, value-adding reviews, oversight controls, and governance.
- Knowledge of current market initiatives and challenges and how they impact different insurance/reinsurance businesses.
- Regulatory expectations, including the principles of Solvency II and Lloyd's Principles for Business.
- Customer Relationship Management and reporting tools (i.e. Dynamics, PowerBI, or similar tools).
- Microsoft Excel skills, with intermediate or experienced skills.
