Job Title: Legal Support Officer Property

At Gilson Gray Financial Management Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Support Officer Property to join our team in Dundee, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. As a key member of our Financial Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and advisers in providing expert legal advice and property services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced support on products and services to advisers and clients, utilizing your expertise in Excel and experience with Salesforce.
  • Process withdrawals, fund switches, letters of authority, and updates on Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand requirements.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing paper client documentation, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure that files are complete post-sale on Salesforce, with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms.
  • Maintain accurate client information and records, ensuring clients are placed into a review system on Salesforce as agreed with the Partner.
  • Process new business illustrations, applications, and fund switches, supporting the advisers to ensure the end-to-end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and legislation.
  • Broad experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience of using Salesforce.
