Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Practice Support Specialist to join our successful Financial Management team in Dundee, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. As a Practice Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support on products and services to Advisers and Clients, processing withdrawals, fund switches, and updates on Salesforce, and ensuring that files are complete post-sale on Salesforce with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and experience in using Salesforce
  • Providing support on products and services to Advisers and Clients
  • Processing withdrawals, fund switches, letters of authority, and updates on Salesforce
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing paper Client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand requirements
  • Ensuring that files are complete post-sale on Salesforce with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms
  • Maintaining accurate client information and records, ensuring clients are placed into a review system on Salesforce as agreed with the Partner
  • Processing new business illustrations, applications, and fund switches
  • Supporting the advisers to ensure the end-to-end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or a related sector
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and legislation
  • Broad experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience of using Salesforce
