HGV Service Advisor Job Description

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a skilled HGV Service Advisor to join their team at a leading dealership. As a key member of the aftersales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Establish strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Sales and Revenue: Identify opportunities to sell technician labour and products, contributing to the dealership's revenue growth.
  3. Workshop Management: Book in customer vehicles for servicing, maximizing labour utilization and efficiency.
  4. Logistics and Administration: Arrange alternative transport for customers, liaise with drivers, and manage work in progress on customer vehicles.
  5. Communication and Problem-Solving: Ensure customers understand service charges and work completed, involving technical advisers as needed to resolve queries.
