About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Recruitment Directorate at North London Partners Shared Services. As a Recruitment Services Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our specialist teams to deliver high-level customer service and recruitment expertise to clients, candidates, and key colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting
