Location: Home based, with travel
Salary: £36,595.09
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to support our team at Government Facility Services Ltd.
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to making a positive difference.
The ideal candidate will have experience in FM or Engineering recruitment, as well as excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
Benefits include 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays, and a range of non-contractual benefits such as Death in Service and access to private GP consultations.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and advisory services to support the delivery of FM services
- Working with colleagues to create a safe and secure environment for prisoners and prison staff
- Providing coaching, mentoring and influencing upwards to support the development of managers
- Contributing to the development of public sector recruitment principles and practices
