We are seeking a Community Safety Specialist to join our team at Carr Gomm, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in the community.

As a key member of the Oban Day & Overnight Responder Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services that prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and reduce the reliance on sleepover services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in providing care and support to vulnerable adults.

A salary of around £29,500 per annum is offered, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and professional growth.
