We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Etive House Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our building and equipment, ensuring they are always in top condition. This is a great chance to use your skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure our building and equipment are always in top condition.
- Conduct regular electrical checks to prevent potential issues from arising.
- Install and upgrade equipment and appliances as needed.
- Perform outdoor maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing and trash collection.
- Ensure safety systems are regularly checked and maintained.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £13.50 per hour, plus benefits including contracted hours, pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
