Flexible Home Care Support Specialist

Carr Gomm's Relief Support Practitioner role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people in our community. As a key member of our Home Care, Mobile Home Care, and Responder services, you will ensure the well-being and promote the independence of people in our community.
About the JobIn this role, you will support individuals to live independently in their own homes, providing personal care and support with daily activities, meal preparation, and emotional support. You will also work proactively to prevent hospital admissions, using your skills and experience to make a positive impact on people's lives.
You will have the opportunity to work across our Mobile Home Care and Responder services, giving you a variety of experiences and flexibility in your schedule. Our shifts include evenings, weekends, and nights.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, remain calm under pressure, and welcome every challenge as an opportunity to shine. A driving license is preferred but not essential.
Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
