Residential Children's Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Children's Care Specialist to join our team at Shellach View Children's House in Argyll and Bute. This is a permanent full-time position (37 hours) with a day shift rota pattern, including weekend work.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support to up to 6 children, teenagers, and young adults in a residential setting.
- Centre on listening to children and young people, promoting their ability to flourish and thrive.
- Support the development of unique relationships with each child, taking into account their individual needs.
Requirements:
- Good childcare experience, preferably in a residential setting.
- Able to undertake training to enhance skills in Child Protection, SVQ3 in Social Care, HNC in Social Care, and Crisis Prevention Training.
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is required.
Salary Estimate: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
