Residential Youth Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator for Children and Young Adults to join our team at Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership. This permanent full-time position involves working in our Shellach View Children's House, providing care and support to up to 6 young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for centring on listening to children and young people, promoting their ability to flourish and thrive. They will also build unique relationships with each child, taking into account their individual needs.
**Key Requirements:**
- A strong background in childcare, preferably in a residential setting.
- Experience in Child Protection, SVQ3 in Social Care, HNC in Social Care, and Crisis Prevention Training.
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
**Salary and Benefits:**
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for training and development.
