NHS Scotland is a leader in healthcare, dedicated to delivering high-quality services that make a difference in people's lives. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with our Argyll & Bute Enhanced Community Dementia Service, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of dementia care.

The service is currently undergoing significant transformation, with a focus on providing locality-based specialist dementia care for pre, peri, and post-diagnostic care and support. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating rapid access to diagnosis, treatment, crisis prevention, and intervention.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can lead our multi-professional dementia team and contribute to the development of our service. With your master's-level qualification in Advanced Practice or willingness to undergo training, you'll be well-equipped to tackle the complexities of dementia care.

As a member of our team, you'll have opportunities to work collaboratively with community health services, mental health, primary care, and other agencies to provide comprehensive care for individuals living with dementia.

Our salary range for this position is £44,884 - £60,595 per annum, pro rata for part-time staff. You may also be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, but this will be compensated accordingly.
