About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our close-knit team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with their care needs, providing direct support and companionship, and helping to make every day enjoyable and comfortable for them.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress in your career through further learning and training, which is an essential part of our commitment to delivering high-quality care. This is a permanent, full-time position, with flexible hours available.
Requirements- A genuine interest in helping people and a compassionate approach.
- The ability to assist with personal care tasks.
- (Desirable) Previous experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting.
- (Desirable) SVQ Level 2 (SCQF Level 6) in Social Services and Healthcare (or equivalent).
