West Region Health and Safety Advisor

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for promoting health, safety, and wellbeing in a diverse and evolving workplace. As a key member of the Health Safety and Wellbeing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting colleagues in the West Region.
We are looking for an effective communicator with a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles. A NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent experience is essential, along with Graduate membership of IOSH working towards Chartered membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Evidence and maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents and near misses.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of health and safety training programs.
- Collaborate with the Health Safety and Wellbeing team to promote a positive health and safety culture.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum.
