Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled chef to join our team onboard our small ships, which operate off the West coast of Scotland. The cruises vary from five to ten nights and explore the Scottish Hebrides.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea for our guests, as well as keeping the galley clean and provisioning between cruises.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality meals for up to 48 hours between cruises
- Maintain a clean and organized galley
- Procure provisions for the next voyage
- FHSA Level 2 food safety certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
