Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Careers. This role involves providing professional maintenance services to our homeowners, ensuring their newly purchased Retirement Apartments meet the highest standards of workmanship.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, customer-focused, and comfortable traveling within the South Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our residents, taking pride in your work and minimizing disruption to their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional maintenance services to customers, including repairs and alterations within their Retirement Apartments.
  • Work independently, using a handheld tablet or mobile phone to manage your diary, daily tasks, and scheduled works.
  • Collaborate with our Group Customer Service Administrators to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach to working, including occasional travel within the South Oxford area.
