About the Role:
A Facilities Engineering Specialist is required to join a reputable building services organisation in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering and be able to work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines and targets.

The role involves carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems alongside any remedial works and emergencies on site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with outstanding knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems
  2. Identify and resolve faults in a timely manner
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of facilities

Essential Qualifications:
  1. Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent)
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in commercial maintenance
  3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £46,500 per annum. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays, Annual Bonus, Annual salary uplift, and additional training.
