Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of our cleaning and facilities teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring our environments are safe and hygienic for every client and customer.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas with precision and attention to detail
- Ensuring all surface areas, floors, windows, and touchpoints are regularly sanitized
- Performing additional cleaning duties as needed, such as quickly and efficiently mopping up spills
- Emptying and disposing of bin waste
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a flexible approach to working. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.
