About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team at Crooton. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our care home provides a clean and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

As a Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including maintenance of the care home building and grounds, liaising with contractors, and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.

You should have hands-on experience of property maintenance, at least one trade skill, and a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and have a full UK driving licence. You should also have IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
