Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Oxford.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a multi-skilled professional with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptionally high standard of building services provision, diagnosing faults, and implementing preventive control systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's commercial buildings. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with health and safety policies & procedures
  • Responding to and escalating maintenance issues
  • Developing preventative maintenance schedules
  • Repairing and refurbishing plant equipment
  • Managing site services equipment across the 8000 sq ft site

Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service is essential for this role.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18th Edition qualified
  • Technically highly skilled in both mechanical and electrical functions
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum of 3 years facilities maintenance experience
  • Good knowledge of the latest regulatory and statutory regulation

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is competitive and based on experience, estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum.
