We're currently seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team. As a Technical Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing technical cases and escalating matters when necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve technical issues
  • Monitoring clients' IT systems and responding to incidents promptly
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the process

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a range of benefits including hybrid working options, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, ongoing learning and development opportunities, cycle-to-work scheme, technology vouchers, enhanced family leave, celebration day, salary sacrifice pension, two paid volunteer days, company social events, discounts and cashback scheme, group income protection, life insurance, EAP, and Virtual GP service.
