About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Strategist to join our Strategic Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convey Vimeo's unique value proposition to customers and effectively handle objections.
  • Position our solution against competing offerings in the marketplace.
  • Prospect and conduct outbound sales efforts within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to drive new pipeline in coordination with SDRs.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion by upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Work directly with leading brands and media companies to help them tackle their online video needs.
  • Maintain CRM data and pipeline accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to generate pipeline and execute campaigns in order to meet goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions and innovative technologies into large organizations with evidence of prior success.
  • Knowledge of various video buying personas such as Marketing, Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, and HR.
  • Experience and understanding of the DACH market and needs of clients within.
  • Mastery and consistent execution of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and consultative approach.
  • Proven experience introducing new concepts and building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations.
  • Account planning and territory management expertise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, as well as presentation skills.
  • A highly motivated, results-driven self-starter with the ability to operate with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Passion for Vimeo and our creative community.
  • Fluent in German and English.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
