Job Title: Special Needs Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Needs Support Assistant to join our team at Career Teachers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs in a Hayes-based Ofsted-rated school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with daily activities, promoting independence and inclusivity.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised learning plans.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, contributing to the overall success of the school.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • An Enhanced DBS disclosure is required.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
