About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Inclusion Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children with complex behavioral needs and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to support the everyday routine of students with complex needs and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom.

Requirements:
  • A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
  • Genuine interest in working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
  • Experience in a previous role or personal experience in SEN is desirable
