At Qualiteach Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Special Needs Support Assistant to join our team as a Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering a competitive daily rate of £85-£110.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to a pupil diagnosed with ADHD, working closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans. You will have experience working with children with special needs, ideally with ADHD, and be able to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a strict yet supportive approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with special needs, ideally with ADHD
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a strict yet supportive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
