Family Solicitor Position

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Allstaff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with expertise in Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing court documents, as well as undertaking own advocacy. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters.
- Draft, negotiate, and review court documents.
- Undertake own advocacy.
- 5-10 years post-qualification experience within family law.
- Proven expertise in Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters.
- Accreditation in Family Mediation, including MIAMs.
- $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 25 days holiday.
