We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic Card Factory team in St Neots. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a team and drive commercial growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Supporting Store Managers in achieving business objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  2. Developing a team culture centered around customer-centricity and commercial awareness
  3. Leading store teams in delivering high-quality services, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  4. Reviewing store performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations

Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include:
