Experienced Family Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our client's team in St Neots on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable law firm that has Lexcel accreditation and recognition from the Law Society.
Job DetailsThe salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, our client offers 25 days' holiday, life assurance, critical illness insurance cover, and eye care vouchers. The company also offers structured career progression.
Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters
- Network and promote business through social media and events
- Resolve client claims handling settlements or prepare for court
- Draft, negotiate, and review court documents
- Undertake your own advocacy
- 5-10 years' post-qualification experience within family law
- Proven expertise in Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters
- Accreditation in Family Mediation, including MIAMs
- Excellent commercial awareness with a thorough understanding of the legal market
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
- Highly organized and willing to undertake your own advocacy
- Commercially minded and forward-thinking
