Senior Family Law Attorney Role

Allstaff is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with expertise in Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters.

The successful candidate will work on Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters cases, managing a diverse caseload and providing expert advice to clients. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Work on Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters cases.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years post-qualification experience within family law.
  • Proven expertise in Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters.
  • Accreditation in Family Mediation, including MIAMs.
Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
