Retail Shift Manager

We are looking for a skilled Retail Shift Manager to join our store team at Lidl. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a shift of retail colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a shift of retail colleagues to achieve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Collaborate with other department managers to achieve business objectives

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £14.35 - £14.85 per hour
- 30 hour contract with AM & PM shifts
- 30-35 days holiday (pro rata)
- 10% in-store discount
