We are pleased to be working with our client, an award-winning law firm with Lexcel accreditation and recognition from the Law Society, seeking a Family Solicitor based in St Neots for a full-time permanent position.

Job Description

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters cases. Your responsibilities will include networking and promoting business through social media and events, resolving client claims handling settlements or preparing for court, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing court documents, and undertaking your own advocacy.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years' post-qualification experience within family law
  • Proven expertise in Private Law, children, divorce, and financial matters
  • Accreditation in Family Mediation, including MIAMs
  • Excellent commercial awareness with a thorough understanding of the legal market
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Highly organized and willing to undertake your own advocacy
  • Commercially minded and forward-thinking
