Child Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Child Family Support Specialist to join our team at Cambridgeshire County Council. As a key member of our Targeted Support Service, you will provide high-quality support to children, young people, and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with families, and have a good understanding of child development, signs of abuse and neglect, and child protection legislations.
Responsibilities include completing Early Help Assessments (EHA's), leading professional work for families, and delivering evidence-based group work programmes to support parents/carers.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
