Parenting Programmes Facilitator

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging group work programmes for parents/carers.
- Work closely with families to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Conduct assessments and create plans for support that promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to family support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse families and individuals.
- Good knowledge of child development, child protection legislations, and evidence-based programmes.
