We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to support students in our Special Educational Needs (SEN) Provision.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work with students aged 12-18 years old, who require additional support due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as some behaviour challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering effective lesson plans tailored to meet individual student needs
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to students to facilitate their learning and progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse student requirements
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs and developing strategies to address these needs
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills to deliver engaging instruction
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Estimated salary: £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
