Youth Support Professional

This Youth Support Professional role involves providing support to young people and their families, working closely with them to identify and address their challenges. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of child development, signs of abuse and neglect, and of child protection legislations, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Early Help Assessments (EHAs)
- Liaising with other professionals to develop plans for support
- Organizing and delivering evidence-based group work programmes
