Job Description

About the Role
As an Autism Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and care to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your expertise in applied behaviour analysis and your ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorders will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs of each client
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with autism/brain injury, promoting their independence and well-being
- Implement strategies based on applied behaviour analysis techniques, enhancing the quality of life for our clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for our clients

Requirements
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient care
- Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis principles and their application in real-world scenarios
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
