About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Support Workers to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other mental health issues. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your main responsibilities will include performing observations to a high level, administering medication as prescribed, and providing one-to-one support to individuals with autism/brain injury. You will also be required to implement strategies based on individual needs and work closely with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

What We Offer: In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, paid training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee recognition program.
