About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our contact team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts, including phone calls and digital interactions.

Requirements
  • Previous contact centre experience, with a customer-centric approach.
  • A can-do attitude, with a strong desire to help customers.
  • Strong IT skills, with a good eye for detail and numerical skills.
  • Resilience, with the ability to bounce back from challenging conversations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
