About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our contact team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls and digital contacts, providing exceptional service and support to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer calls and digital contacts in a professional and courteous manner
