About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our contact team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls and digital contacts, providing exceptional service and support to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer calls and digital contacts in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Previous contact centre experience with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Resilience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
