We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Customer Experience Management to lead our product development efforts in the Customer and Data domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing company-specific customer and data strategies.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have experience in defining and implementing customer loyalty programs, using EG Snowflake, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a matrixed organization.
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading retailer like Selfridges and contribute to the success of our Customer and Data domain. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £120,000 per annum, and a range of benefits.
