Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and backup to customers for Service, Maintenance & Repair using our in-house fleet management software.
  • Deal with aftersales, prioritising and authorising scheduled work on various vehicles and fleets.
  • Effectively handle breakdowns and accident management.
  • Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • A confident communicator who can speak with customers professionally and personally.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relations with clients.
  • Good time management and organisation skills.
