Artemis Human Capital is delighted to partner with Northern Ireland's leading motor trade group to find a highly skilled Fleet Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and backup to customers for Service, Maintenance & Repair using our in-house fleet management software.
- Deal with aftersales, prioritising and authorising scheduled work on various vehicles and fleets.
- Effectively handle breakdowns and accident management.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent IT skills.
- A confident communicator who can speak with customers professionally and personally.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relations with clients.
- Good time management and organisation skills.
